We know change and transition is a process and can be uncomfortable. We all traversed another challenging year. How did you respond to it? Did it make you stronger?  Wherever you’re at in your journey, you should always be striving to build a better foundation. Mental and physical fortitude can be forged in the club and gym. It won’t be easy, and it won’t be flashy.  The path to a healthier lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight. It doesn’t happen over two weeks. It doesn’t happen over several months.
