Your mind matters.
A negative mind will not yield a positive life. Your mind is one of your greatest assets, so don’t let it go to waste. Connect your mind to something meaningful and tackle things with small, actionable habits.
Anyone can convince themselves to workout or read a book out of a moment’s motivation. However, motivation is not a sustainable solution for permanent change. Rather than creating a goal “to read a book” you should create a goal “to become a reader.” That subtle change in outlook makes a difference. You want your actions to embody what you believe about yourself.
Build habits and small changes that support and reinforce your identity. Small changes often go unnoticed in the short term, but overtime compound into big transformation.
Determine your progress. Don’t limit your mind. Your mind matters.
