I was never athletic when I was young but decided to take up running in the late 80’s. In 1992, I began training for triathlons (swim, bike, run). Wanting to accomplish more, I hired a coach/trainer and by 1995 became an “All American Triathlete”. At one time, I was 10th in the world in my age group. The value of a trainer was evident, which inspired me to become one.

In 1992, I earned my personal trainer certification. I then became certified in Post Rehabilitation in 1996 (bridging the gap between healthcare & fitness) and added Pilates in 2006. Some of the group classes I teach include circuit, Mat Pilates, Therapy Ball & Cardio.

My passions are for fitness and for helping people. Combining the two drives me each day to see my clients succeed and feel good about themselves.”
