Background in Massage Therapy and as a Physical Therapy Aide, Heather has always enjoyed helping others. She has a passion for fitness and nutrition and takes great joy in guiding people through the process of becoming a stronger, healthier version of themselves. “When we feel strong and healthy we are able to thoroughly participate in life, creating fuller, richer lives for ourselves. I know what it is like to be overweight and have a weak body with medical problems. It’s very limiting. Becoming stronger and healthier opens up a world of possibilities! We can do so much more than we thought possible!” Along with participating in half marathons, triathlons, and mud runs, Heather enjoys all types of exercise from High Intensity Interval Training to Yin Yoga and Meditation and includes many of these elements in her training programs.
