Group Fitness Classes

Our Group Class schedule features a variety of classes that engage you, strengthen you, and keep you having fun! We love the tried and true classics but are always adding new ways to keep things fresh and fit. Members can enjoy a variety of Yoga styles, Pilates, Cardio Training, Balance and combo classes!

Functional Fitness classes are an innovative and challenging workout that blends multiple facets of fitness into an organized workout. Designed to not only help build overall strength, but to enhance the relationship between your nervous and muscular systems. The workouts are context specific, will directly transfer improvements to real-life activities, and are appropriate for any age and level of fitness!

Indoor Cycling

Cycling is an amazing cardiovascular workout! Ride flat roads, tempo sets and hill drills to amazing music while being coached through different terrains. Along with LIVE in person classes RAC offers “all day” Virtual Cycle in three formats.

Ride Rhythm is a signature class format that is perfect for the rider who loves to connect with the beat of the music and the energy generated from a great workout.

Ride Race , if you’re ready to take your workout to the next level, this class is ideal for the indoor and outdoor cycling enthusiast who wants to achieve more than they thought possible.

Free Ride is an immersive cycle experience where rider’s virtually trek through a variety of stunning trails from around the world.

Pilates Reformer

We offer Pilates in both a group fitness format in Mat Pilates, and in our Pilates Reformer Small Group Training sessions. Pilates will improve muscle tone, balances musculature, range-of-motion, posture, flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance for your whole body.

Stretch Therapy

We take the power of stretching and deliver it on a personal level. Experience the benefits of a professional assisted stretch session designed to release your tension and unlock movement.

Select between lower body or upper body thirty minute stretch sessions. Session concentrates on a deep stretch designed to improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension. Our skilled practitioners will customize your stretch session to your individual needs.
