Rolling Rewards
Now Your Rollingwood Membership Is Even More Rewarding!
Rolling Rewards is a membership rewards program that allows you to earn points for purchases and different activities in the club.
These points can be redeemed for various goods/services offered at the club. Start earning points November 1, 2008.
Earning points is simple
Members can earn one point for every $1 spent on services or products purchased at the club. These include swim lessons, tennis lessons, personal training, Pilates, snack bar items, and much more.
Membership dues and fees are excluded and will not earn points.
These would include monthly dues, joining fees, freeze fees, late fees, return fees, downgrade fees, childcare and amounts paid for social outings such as those with the Better Half of Life Club.
Each check-in is rewarded with 1 point. If there is more than one check-in on any given day, only one check-in will count.
Your Workouts Really Pay Off
Earn Fitness Apparel, Books, Massages and More…
How it works:
- Points earned during the month will be added to the member’s account at the end of the month.
- Rewards can be redeemed at the front desk at anytime. A receipt for the award will be given to the member. At that time, the points will be deducted from the member’s account.
- To receive a SERVICE type award (including swim lesson, tennis lesson, personal training, Pilates, massage or Kids’ Night Out), member will bring the receipt to appropriate Rollingwood staff to arrange for the service.
- To receive a PRODUCT type award (including backpack, any logo items or a book), member will bring the receipt to either member services or membership accounting to receive the gift.
- To receive a GUEST PASS reward, the member can “pay” for a guest with loyalty points directly at the front desk at the time of check-in or redeem a guest pass from member services.
- Member’s account must be in good standing to redeem awards (i.e. not in overdue status.)
- Award receipts, once issued, will be valid for three months.
- Members can see their points online in their member account. Front desk can also tell members how many points they have as they are able to see this on their computers.
Other Rules:
- Points have no cash value. If a member terminates the membership, all outstanding points will expire as of the date of cancellation.
- Points earned will accumulate in the individual member account. For example, points earned by husband will not accumulate in wife’s account. However, they can be transferred to the wife’s account UPON REQUEST only as long as they are under the same membership. This will not happen automatically.
- Points may not be used to credit against purchases already made, only for upcoming purchases.
- The club will have the right to cancel the program with 90-days’ notice to members.
- The club reserves the right to set expiration policy for the points in the future.
