Aqua Blast- This one hour class combines high intensity aerobics routine and stretching to give the participant a well balanced workout. The class is geared toward all age groups and the instructors can give modifications when needed.
Happy Hinges- Instructors for this class are specifically trained and follow the protocol set forth by the Arthritis Foundation. Held in the warm water of our indoor pool year-round, the light aerobics and water walking incorporated into the class format help improve range of motion, flexibility and strength.
Cardio Currents- This class is formatted to give the participant a challenging one hour and 15-minute cardio and strength training workout using a variety of equipment. The cardio moves will raise your heart rate and burn calories. Includes core and flexibility exercises, warm up and cool down.
Aqua Mix – This is a 90-minute class suitable for all levels. For those who prefer this longer duration format, this would be a great workout. It includes a mix of water walking, aerobic moves and the use of Hydrotone equipment.
Splash & Tone- This is a gentle mix of low intensity aerobic movements. Equipment is used for light toning of muscles. This would be a great class for people who are new to water aerobics.
