Pilates

We offer pilates in both group fitness Mat format & using the Pilates Reformer machine in our private ustairs Pilates studio.

Mat Pilates is held in our group excersise room & uses a variety of lightweight equipment such as stretch-straps, body balls & flexible hoops to help you achieve core stregth & body flexibility. You are free to choose how much tension & fexibility you use for your comfort level and as your class paricipation continues, you will be amazed at how you progress!

Pilates Reformer: Our Pilates studio features an amazing Reformer machine for a more intensive Pilates session. Our instructors assist you in acheiving maximum results in a safe, one-on-one environment. Using the reformer will get you maximum Pilates results.
