Exercise to Lower Cholesterol

Exercise is one of the most important things you must do to improve your cholesterol. If you also need to lose weight, exercise can go hand-in-hand with changing your diet.

Classes to Lower Cholesterol
Some of the easier classes you can start with are water aerobics, tai chi, chair yoga or Perfect Balance. Water Aerobics classes are held in a warm, heated indoor pool year-round. Instructors are trained certified by nationally recognized organizations, including the Arthritis Foundation. You’ll be surprised at how much fun they can be, meeting new friends and exercise to great music selected for your age group.
