Master’s Swim

Master’s Swim is a one-hour session that focuses on fundamentals, technique, and stamina-building. Whether you were born a water-baby, prefer a low-impact workout or are a triathlete who needs a boost for the swim portion of the race, this class is for you!

We have participants from 18 to 60+ years old with a wide range of abilities and the only pre-requisites are that you can swim 50 yards (2 laps) non-stop with respectable side-breathing and don’t mind an early morning dip. The group is quite lively and there are plenty of  laughs during the hour which makes a great start to the day. Coach Denise & Coach Kai are the perfect duo to get you going…and everyone knows, water makes everything better!

Masters Swim meets Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m.
