Going Strong For Over 30 Years
I’m pleased to say we’ve been a productive part of the Fair Oaks and Orangevale neighborhoods for over 30 years. The support and patronage of these communities, has enabled Rollingwood to thrive and evolve to meet the changing needs of the members.
Community is Key
At Rollingwood, our purpose is to build “communities within”. That is, we connect people and groups with similar interests around healthy activities. We make it easy for you to make friends at Rollingwood. These friendships not only make everything more fun, they create a powerful personal support system. This support can be an important part of staying consistent with an exercise program.
A “Community Within” Example
Our Better Half of Life Club is an example of the community within Rollingwood. This is a group of members who largely participate in water aerobics. They get together for monthly birthday luncheons outside the club, attend theater events and even take day-trip to nearby places.
There’s One Just Right For You
Other communities within have formed around tennis, swim team families, people who go on bike rides together, people who participate in fitness challenges, bridge club, and more. Plus, new communities form all the time. You get the picture…Rollingwood is not just a place to workout, it’s a place where you can “hang-out” with those who share your interests and goals for a more enriched club experience.
Staff Matters
Another important part of Rollingwood is our staff. Many key staff members have been with the club many years. They are passionate about what they do – helping people live a happier and healthier life. The Rollingwood staff is rewarded daily by witnessing members making improvements in their health, their games and their enjoyment of life.
